Excellent opportunity to join this leading global provider of electronics payments, cash management and settlements solutions as a Customer Services Specialist. You will be well acquainted with SWIFT and technical environments within Financial Institutions * Banks. You will have a strong payments background with a good mix of business and technical understanding, Windows 2000-2003, MS SQL Server in clustered environments, knowledge of Payments processing, knowledge of GPP and PAY Plus RTGS would be a major plus, and SWIFT knowledge. You will be a product expert on payment engines, working with new and existing clients (mainly large Banks and Financial Service organisations) within Europe. Your role will also cover Account Management, Special Projects involvement, L1 - L2 Support, travel to client sites, and some on-call duties. Career progression is excellent in this organisation!
